These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Onlinecricketid.it.com (the “Service”), operated by our team across India. By accessing or using the Service, including by initiating contact via WhatsApp through the verified link, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Onlinecricketid.it.com is an account-access service that helps users obtain login credentials (“cricket id”) on third-party cricket exchange platforms. The Service includes onboarding via WhatsApp, payment coordination, credential delivery, and ongoing customer support related to the cricket id. We do not operate the third-party platform, do not hold user balances, and do not control platform-side activities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement, that participation in the activities supported by the third-party platform is lawful in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3. User Account and Credentials

Once delivered, your cricket id credentials are your responsibility. You agree to keep your username and password confidential, to not share them with any other person, and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. We do not bear responsibility for losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access caused by user negligence, including credential sharing, weak passwords, or compromised devices.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Refunds

Deposits: Deposits are processed through verified Indian payment channels (UPI, net banking, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, wallet transfers) and reflect in your cricket id account on the third-party platform within typical processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes for standard amounts and within an hour for larger sums, subject to bank-side verification times. Funds are returned to the same account from which the deposit was originally received, or to a verified bank account on file.

Refunds: If a deposit is processed but the cricket id fails to activate, you are entitled to an immediate full refund without investigation period. Refunds are processed within minutes of confirmation. Refund eligibility for activated ids is governed by the third-party platform’s policies, which are independent of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Provide false information during onboarding or any subsequent interaction
  • Attempt to obtain credentials for accounts you do not intend to use yourself
  • Use the Service in violation of laws applicable in your jurisdiction
  • Engage in any activity that may interfere with our operations or harm other users
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute credentials obtained through the Service
  • Impersonate any other person or entity

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party platform issues, payment processor delays, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate proactively about extended disruptions through our verified WhatsApp channel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layouts, and the Onlinecricketid.it.com brand — is the property of the operating team or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onlinecricketid.it.com and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party platform failures, banking system delays, force majeure events, user error, or activities conducted on platforms outside our direct control.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by withdrawing your remaining balance from the third-party platform. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in cases of policy violation, suspected fraud, legal compliance requirements, or repeated abuse of support staff. We will communicate any such action through your verified WhatsApp thread.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated through our verified WhatsApp channel where reasonably possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
